Lodging
Our Club Concierge is here to help book and coordinate members’ onsite lodging needs. We currently have two cottages and two villas in our rental pool. With holidays coming up quick, don't forget to book your stay! Please get in touch with our Concierge or Wally for any questions or bookings. For lodging, please remember there is a 48-hour hold after the reservation. Please have the agreement signed and sent back to the concierge.

Accounting Information
Sony Stewart is our accounting manager and payroll manager. She handles your daily billings, statements, and payments. You can find her in the business office or via email.

Package and Deliveries
Members can have packages delivered to their home address via UPS, Fed Ex, etc., or delivered and picked up from the Welcome Cottage. For Welcome Cottage delivery, please address to:

As a reminder, FedEx Ground does not deliver to the Welcome Cottage on the weekends or holidays. We recommend that you deliver your package to your home to ensure the delivery.
