On Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 11am – 4pm, Escondido Golf & Lake Club will open its doors for its first Distinctive Homes Tour, which will showcase a stunning collection of Spanish and Italian-influenced homes built among 550 acres of TX Hill Country land and water.
Now is your opportunity to tour some of the finest homes for sale in Texas, many of which have received a host of prestigious awards for design excellence. As the chosen site for Southern Living Magazine’s 2011 Idea House, Escondido’s luxury homes have been designed and crafted by the finest architects and builders in Texas. Each home makes use of artisan building materials like antique roof tiles, reclaimed timber, hand wrought iron, and pastoral windows to achieve the feeling that the homes have been there forever.
Escondido’s Distinctive Homes Tour will feature stunning private estate homes for sale in addition to their Club Residences’ elegantly-appointed Villas and world-class amenities, including the Club’s 30,000 sq ft Clubhouse and resort-style private Lake Club situated on Lake LBJ.
